missingWrote a review on 08 Janparking issue
Parking posed a significant issue, with the closest lot located blocks away at €36 for a night. Accessing the hotel with luggage was tricky-unloading is impossible at the entrance, in a pedestrian-only area. The bed was hard, and the comforter was not very large. The bathroom lacked toiletries like soap and shampoo, and the toilet paper was subpar. A mix of discomforts.

The total stay was really great on a longer vacation. The staff was courteous, polite, and responded promptly to requests. We had a cheap family room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and good, had a wide range of options and the food was cheap. We appreciated being in this property.

The staff were accommodating, particularly during our late arrival, making check-in seamless.
The hotel did not provide any toiletries in the bathroom, disappointing for a stay.

The staff was accommodating and cute, helping us with our arrival time and queries.
Parking was a significant issue, as the nearest lot was a distance away and very expensive.

Loved the spacious family room and how clean it was! The super nice team. Just wish there'd been a fridge in the room-ended up using the window ledge for snacks!

Great location, almost all the sights are within walking distance. Staff is friendly.
Dark room, not enough light.

Had comfortable stay in this fantastic hotel, the staff were courteous, location was unbeatable for most sightseeing. Location: the venue was close enough to a shopping street, the Olympic stadium and the centre of the old town. There was cafe Cafe Woerner's, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.
There was elevator missing, I was a little disappointed.

This place is astonishingly mediocre. The wooden bed squeaks like a horror movie, waking me every time i turn. Oh, and let's not forget the charming staff area view from my window, nothing screams relaxation like toiletries storage! I expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles and was met only with indifference. Sad!

The staff were accommodating and cute .
On top of that, the bed was noisy. It disrupted my sleep throughout the night.

. It was very clean and beds were fine.
It is similar to a hostel. There was a shower in the bedroom which did not have any privacy, so we chose to use the shower room in the hall. The toilet was also down the hall. This surprised me since I thought I was booking a room with a private bathroom
